My visit to the hotel was primarily for a family member's major spinal surgery at the nearby RNO hospital. The overall experience was delightful, but I was particularly impressed by the new bathroom facilities, which included a separate toilet, a bath, and a shower. The room was clean and welcoming, and the owner was highly communicative and accommodating. The location proved advantageous, with easy access to various shops and cafes.
